In the centralized control fire intelligent evacuation system, in addition to the lighting fixtures installed on the ground, fire-resistant cables should be selected for the system's distribution lines, and fire-resistant cables or fire-resistant optical fibers should be selected for the system's communication lines. The emergency lighting controller needs to control the emergency lighting of the light source of the lamps and the conversion of the lamp battery power according to the preset logic based on the occurrence, development, and spread of the fire; The distribution and communication lines of the lighting fixtures installed above the evacuation path are highly susceptible to the flames and high temperatures generated by the combustion of flammable materials in the event of a fire, which can affect their performance. In order to ensure the reliability of power supply, emergency start-up, and continuous emergency work time of the system lighting fixtures in the event of a fire, these lines should have corresponding continuous working capabilities in the event of a fire, that is, the lines should have corresponding fire resistance performance.
3、 Corrosion resistant cable
The distribution and communication lines of emergency sign lights set up on the ground should be made of corrosion-resistant rubber cables. When there is water accumulation on the ground or when cleaning and sanitation generate sewage, it is easy to corrode the communication and power supply lines connecting the lamps. Therefore, it is required to increase the corrosion resistance of such lines.
4、 Unified wire color
In order to reduce and avoid wiring errors during construction, corresponding regulations have been made for the colors of cables for different purposes. The colors of wires and cables with the same purpose in the same project should be consistent; The positive "+" line of the circuit should be red, the negative "-" line should be blue or black, and the grounding wire should be yellow green alternating.
5、 Line voltage level
The voltage level of the fire intelligent evacuation system circuit must comply with the following national standards:
When the rated working voltage level is below 50V, cables with a voltage level not lower than AC 300/500V should be selected;
When the rated working voltage level is 220/380V, cables with a voltage level not lower than AC 450/750V should be selected.
